These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phparm Casino platform at phparm.vip. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using phparm is lawful in your jurisdiction. phparm makes no representations that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phparm Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. phparm reserves the right to require supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Not a Self-Excluded or Excluded Person. By registering, you represent that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory exclusion from gambling activities. If you have previously self-excluded from phparm or any other gambling platform and that exclusion period has not expired, you must not register or attempt to register a phparm Account.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phparm Login credentials, including your username and password. phparm will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phparm support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.2 No Transfer of Account. Your phparm Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any Wallet balance to any third party.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). phparm may at any time require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures in compliance with Philippine AML laws. This may include submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account is deemed dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phparm reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances following prior written notice via the registered contact details on the account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phparm currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, USDT (cryptocurrency), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven OTC payment. phparm reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit to a phparm Wallet is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit.
4.3 Currency. All phparm Wallet balances, game stakes, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied to GCash or Maya transactions. For USDT deposits, conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phparm processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within approximately five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI and BDO may take up to one (1) business day. phparm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or GCash/Maya platform outages.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. To be eligible for a withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) completed any applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfied any Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus funds included in the requested withdrawal amount; and (c) not triggered any fraud or suspicious activity alerts. phparm reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.
4.6 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. phparm reserves the right to require additional verification where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All phparm bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms that will be communicated to the Player at the time the offer is made. These specific terms supplement these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on games with an RTP above a threshold specified in the promotion terms may not count toward Wagering Requirements.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. A Player may hold only one active Bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion. Claiming a new Bonus while a previous Bonus with unsatisfied Wagering Requirements is active may result in forfeiture of either the new or previous Bonus at phparm's discretion, as communicated in the specific promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. phparm reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any Bonus — and to suspend or close the Account — where phparm determines, in its reasonable judgment, that Bonus terms have been abused, exploited, or that Bonus funds have been used as part of a low-risk or guaranteed-profit strategy (including but not limited to placing offsetting bets on the same or similar outcomes).
5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unactivated Bonuses expire within thirty (30) days of being credited unless a different expiry period is specified in the relevant promotion. Once expired, Bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.1 Game Rules. Each Game available on the phparm Platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each Game before placing any wager.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, phparm reserves the right to void any wagers or payouts affected by the error. phparm's records shall be the primary reference for determining the outcome of any dispute arising from a suspected malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all Games on the phparm Platform.
6.3 RNG Fairness. All phparm slot and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 10.3 Liability Cap. 10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. phparm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms, even if phparm has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
phparm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phparm.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
phparm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact phparm support to close your Account.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute between you and phparm, you should first contact phparm's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. phparm will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
13.3 Jurisdiction. Where informal resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any claim or dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
